First of all, enter the profession or name of the skill you’re looking for. You can pick from one of suggested skill names in order to increase your chances of finding the right person. Skill Matcher will do all the calculations and show you how many people you will reach. If, for example, you’re not happy with the number of people you’ll reach, you can always adjust the location and Skill Matcher will do all the necessary calculations in real-time.  Remember to be as precise as possible to increase your chances of finding the right person with the right skill!
