Over the last few weeks you may have noticed an extra friendly voice responding to your emails, connecting with you on SkillPages and hanging out on our Twitter, Facebook, G+ etc. You were probably wondering “Who is this guy?” Well wonder no more :)
Hi Everybody. My name is Aidan, and I am the new Community Manager here at SkillPages. I joined the SkillPages team three weeks ago and have started managing many of the communication channels. I wanted you all to get to know me a little better since I’ll be posting here often and will be trying to help out as many members as I can.
Our latest rounds of improvements are to the profile page and, what were, the skill pages. Previously, each person’s skill had its own page but we have now encompassed skills into one profile page. So everything you need to know about a skilled person and their skills will be on one easy to use profile page.

What a year! In the last 12 months we’ve had some busy times, launching a new SkillPages, reaching 10 million members and launch of our iPhone app. Along with that we’ve heard some great stories from our members on how SkillPages has helped them in their lives and getting their skills found!

With over 8 million people having joined the SkillPages community and added over 12 million skills, we felt it was time for ‘SkillPages 2′.
