I’m delighted to announce that today we’re officially launching our integration with Google+ and we’ll be showcasing it at Google I/O in the Google+ Developer Sandbox.
So what have we done?
Google+ Sign In
This allows our members to join and login to SkillPages using their Google+ account across desktop web and iOS. This makes completing your profile easier and faster, and reduces the number of passwords you need to remember!
It’s that time of year again. A time where every Google lover and serious developer (serious Google developer anyway) waits with bated breath for the good news on anything Google. Yes sir, it’s Google I/O 2013.
Google I/0 2013 & SkillPages
We are expecting some big news on a new and improved Nexus 7 tablet and also the possible release of the new, much-anticipated Android OS – Key Lime Pie. But that’s not the purpose of this post. Android head honcho Sundar Pichai, has let it be known that this years event will mainly focus on developers to help them “write better things”. We’re all about creating a better product for our users and that’s why we’re delighted that Google has invited us to participate in this years Google I/O.

Our latest rounds of improvements are to the profile page and, what were, the skill pages. Previously, each person’s skill had its own page but we have now encompassed skills into one profile page. So everything you need to know about a skilled person and their skills will be on one easy to use profile page.
